Accept crypto payments on WooCommerce — straight to your wallet
The hard part of running a store was never the products. It's getting paid — and keeping it. QBitFlow adds a crypto checkout to WooCommerce where the money lands in your wallet the second your customer pays. No processor holding it, no payout wait, no "your account is under review."
If you've ever had a payout held, you already know the problem
Every card processor and hosted crypto gateway works the same way: they collect your customer's money into their wallet first, then decide when — and whether — to forward it to you. That's where the pain lives:
Payout delays
Your money sits for 2–7 days before it reaches your bank.
Frozen accounts
One "suspicious" order and your balance is locked while you file a support ticket.
Geo-gates
Stripe and most processors simply don't work in large parts of the world — which means a customer in the "wrong" country literally can't pay you, no matter how much they want your product.
You did the hard work of building the store and making the sale. Getting paid shouldn't be the riskiest part.
Why accept crypto at all?
Not because it's trendy. Because of one thing a card can't do: anyone, anywhere can pay you, and the money is instantly yours.
Borderless
No country gate. A customer in Lagos, Buenos Aires, or Manila checks out the same as one in London. Crypto payments have no region a processor can refuse.
Instant settlement
The payment lands in your wallet in minutes — not a multi-day payout cycle.
You actually own it
No processor can hold, freeze, delay, or claw it back. Your keys, your money.
That's the honest reason crypto beats a card for a global store — not the tech, the outcome.
Why QBitFlow for WooCommerce
Most "crypto payment" plugins are just a bank with extra steps — they hold your funds and pay you out later. QBitFlow is different by design:
Non-custodial — the money is yours the instant your customer pays
A smart contract routes the payment directly from your customer's wallet to yours. QBitFlow never touches it. There's no one to call to "release" your money, because no one ever held it.
No chargebacks
Crypto payments are final. A customer can't reverse a payment you already received.
On-chain and verifiable
Every payment has a transaction hash you can check on Etherscan, Basescan, or Solscan. Not a number in an obscure dashboard you have to trust — real, verifiable settlement.
You receive exactly what was paid
USDC stays USDC, ETH stays ETH. No auto-swap, no slippage, no surprise exchange rate.
Live in minutes
Install the plugin, paste an API key, and your checkout shows a crypto option next to your existing methods.
1.5% flat per transaction, taken on-chain at settlement. No monthly fee, no setup fee, no withdrawal fee. On a 100 USDC payment, 98.5 USDC lands in your wallet.
How a crypto checkout works
- 1Your customer selects "Pay with Crypto" at checkout — right next to your card and other payment options.
- 2They're taken to a hosted QBitFlow payment page (your branding). Their buyer details from WooCommerce — email, name, billing address — carry over, so they're never re-prompted for what you already have.
- 3They connect their wallet (browser extension or mobile QR) and confirm the payment.
- 4The payment settles on-chain, straight to your wallet, and your WooCommerce order status updates automatically via a server-to-server, HMAC-verified webhook.
- 5Your customer is redirected to your site and gets an invoice with the transaction details.
Works with both classic and block-based (blocks) checkout.
Chains and tokens your customers can pay with
Ethereum
The original network. Great if your funds are already here.

Base
An Ethereum network with lower fees. Uses ETH for gas.

Solana
Fast and low-cost. Uses SOL for gas.

Prefer stablecoins? USDC on Base is the cheapest to transact — low gas, fast finality, dollar-pegged.
Try the full flow before going live — no real crypto
QBitFlow ships a test mode that simulates the entire payment flow — checkout, on-chain confirmation, webhooks, order updates — without spending any real cryptocurrency.
- 1Create a test API key from your QBitFlow dashboard.
- 2Paste it into the plugin settings at WooCommerce → Settings → Payments → QBitFlow.
- 3Place a test order. Everything behaves exactly like production — no real funds move.
When you're ready, swap the test key for a live API key and save. That's the whole go-live step.
Install QBitFlow for WooCommerce
- 1In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins → Add New and search "QBitFlow". Click Install, then Activate. (Or install directly from WordPress.org.)
- 2Sign up free and connect your wallet — a one-time step.
- 3Generate an API key, paste it into WooCommerce → Settings → Payments → QBitFlow, and save.
That's it. Your checkout now accepts crypto.
Is this right for your store?
A great fit if you:
- Sell to customers outside the US/EU and lose sales to geo-gated processors
- Are comfortable receiving stablecoins (USDC/USDT) or crypto directly
- Are tired of payout delays, holds, or "high-risk" account reviews
- Want finality — no chargebacks on completed orders
Probably not yet if you:
- Need every sale auto-converted to fiat in your bank the same day (QBitFlow settles in crypto/stablecoins to your wallet — you off-ramp on your own terms)
- Your customers have no way to hold or pay with crypto
Honest fit beats a bad install. If you're not sure, try test mode first.
